Dostopnost informacij
Ponudnik se zavezuje, da bodo kupcu vedno dostopne naslednje informacije:
- Identiteta podjetja (ime in sedež podjetja, številka registra).
- Kontaktni podatki, ki omogočajo hitro in učinkovito komunikacijo (e-pošta, telefon).
- Bistvene značilnosti izdelkov oziroma storitev.
- Pogoji dostave izdelkov (lokacija, način in rok dostave).
- Vse cene morajo biti jasno in nedvoumno določene.
- Način plačila in dostave.
- Časovna veljavnost ponudbe.
- Pojasnilo o pravici do odstopa od pogodbe.
- Pogoji vračila izdelkov in s tem povezani stroški.
Naročanje
Naročila se sprejemajo prek spletne trgovine vsak dan, 24 ur na dan. Kupec izbere izdelke in jih doda v košarico. Pred potrditvijo naročila lahko kupec pregleda celoten seznam izbranih izdelkov ter jih po potrebi spremeni ali odstrani. Naročilo je potrjeno, ko kupec prejme e-poštno potrditev naročila.
Cene
Vse cene v spletni trgovini so izražene v evrih (€) in vključujejo davek na dodano vrednost (DDV). Cene veljajo ob potrditvi naročila in nimajo vnaprej določene veljavnosti. Ponudnik si pridržuje pravico do spremembe cen brez predhodnega obvestila. Popusti, promocijske kode in druge ugodnosti niso združljivi med seboj, razen če je to izrecno navedeno.
Način plačila
Spletna trgovina omogoča plačilo s kreditnimi karticami, GPay in Apple pay.
Dostava
Ponudnik se zavezuje, da bo naročene izdelke dostavil v roku, ki je določen ob oddaji naročila. Blago, ki je takoj na voljo, je odposlano v 2-3 delovnih dneh od potrditve naročila. Naše skladišče je zaprto od sobote do vklj. ponedeljka. Vsa naročila zapustijo naše skladišče naslednji torek.
Časi dostave se razlikujejo glede na državo. Naročila, poslana na slovenski naslov, običajno prispejo v dveh dneh od odpreme. Na večino evropskih naslovov prispe pošiljka v petih dneh po odpremi, vendar lahko traja tudi do 10 dni.
Dostava je možna na območju Slovenije in Evropske unije. Stroški dostave so odvisni od teže in destinacije pošiljke ter so navedeni ob oddaji naročila.
Pravica do odstopa od pogodbe
Kupec ima pravico, da v 14 dneh od prejema izdelka ponudniku pisno sporoči (prek e-pošte na hello@insituconcept.com), da odstopa od pogodbe, ne da bi mu bilo treba navesti razlog za svojo odločitev. V tem primeru mora kupec izdelke vrniti v roku 14 dni po obvestilu o odstopu, pri čemer krije stroške vračila izdelkov.
Izdelek mora biti nerabljen, nepoškodovan in v originalni embalaži. Ponudnik bo v roku 14 dni od prejema vrnjenega izdelka kupcu vrnil celotno kupnino z enakim plačilnim sredstvom, kot ga je kupec uporabil pri nakupu, razen če kupec izrecno zahteva drugače.
Reklamacije in vračila
Kupec je dolžan ob prevzemu preveriti količino in kakovost blaga. Če blago ne ustreza naročilu, ima kupec pravico, da ga zavrne ali zahteva vračilo kupnine ali zamenjavo izdelka. Vse reklamacije se obravnavajo v skladu z določbami Zakona o varstvu potrošnikov.
V primeru stvarnih napak na izdelku ima kupec pravico do zamenjave ali popravila izdelka ali povračila celotne kupnine v skladu z veljavno zakonodajo.
Varstvo osebnih podatkov
Ponudnik se zavezuje k varovanju vseh osebnih podatkov kupcev v skladu z Zakonom o varstvu osebnih podatkov (ZVOP-1) in Uredbo GDPR. Podatki, zbrani prek spletne trgovine, bodo uporabljeni izključno za potrebe izvedbe naročil in komunikacijo z naročnikom.
Ponudnik se zavezuje, da osebnih podatkov ne bo posredoval tretjim osebam brez izrecne privolitve kupca.
Omejitev odgovornosti
Ponudnik se trudi zagotoviti ažurnost in točnost informacij na spletni strani, vendar ne prevzema odgovornosti za morebitne napake v vsebini ali nenatančnosti pri opisih izdelkov. V primeru napake v ceni ali drugih podatkih bo ponudnik kupca obvestil in mu omogočil preklic naročila ali spremembo naročila.
Pritožbe in spori
Ponudnik si prizadeva za reševanje morebitnih sporov po mirni poti. Če to ni mogoče, so za reševanje sporov pristojna sodišča v kraju sedeža podjetja.
V skladu z Zakonom o izvensodnem reševanju potrošniških sporov ne priznavamo nobenega izvajalca IRPS kot pristojnega za reševanje potrošniškega spora.

Ordering
Orders are accepted through the online store every day, 24 hours a day. The customer selects products and adds them to the shopping cart. Before confirming the order, the customer can review the complete list of selected products and modify or remove items as needed. The order is confirmed when the customer receives an email confirmation of the order.
Prices
All prices in the online store are expressed in euros (€) and include VAT. Prices are valid at the time the order is confirmed and do not have a predetermined validity period. The provider reserves the right to change prices without prior notice. Discounts, promotional codes, and other benefits cannot be combined unless explicitly stated otherwise.
Payment Methods
The online store offers payment with credit cards, GPay and Apple pay.
Delivery
The provider is committed to delivering the ordered products within the delivery period specified at the time of order. Delivery time depends on stock availability. The goods that are instantly available are shipped within 2-3 working days from order confirmation. Our warehouse is closed from Saturday to incl. Monday. All orders will leave our warehouse on the following Tuesday.
Delivery times vary by country. Orders shipped to a Slovenian address should arrive within two days of despatch. Most European addresses arrive within five days of despatch but can take up to 10 days.
Delivery is available within Slovenia and the European Union. Delivery costs depend on the weight and destination of the shipment and are indicated during the ordering process.
Right to Withdraw from the Contract
The customer has the right to notify the provider in writing (via email to hello@insituconcept.com) within 14 days of receiving the product that they are withdrawing from the contract, without having to provide a reason for their decision. In this case, the customer must return the products within 14 days of the notification of withdrawal, bearing the cost of returning the items.
The product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. The provider will refund the customer the full purchase price within 14 days of receiving the returned product, using the same payment method that the customer used unless otherwise expressly requested by the customer.
Complaints and Returns
The customer is obliged to check the quantity and quality of the goods upon receipt. If the goods do not meet the order, the customer has the right to refuse the goods or request a refund or exchange. All complaints will be handled in accordance with the Slovenian Consumer Protection Act.
In the event of a defect in the product, the customer is entitled to a replacement or repair of the product or a full refund in accordance with applicable law.
Data Protection
The provider is committed to protecting all personal data of customers in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act (ZVOP-1) and the GDPR regulation. The data collected through the online store will be used solely for the purpose of fulfilling orders and communicating with the customer.
The provider undertakes not to disclose personal data to third parties without the customer’s explicit consent.
Limitation of Liability
The provider strives to ensure that the information on the website is up-to-date and accurate, but does not assume responsibility for possible errors or inaccuracies in product descriptions. In the event of a pricing or other data error, the provider will inform the customer and allow them to cancel or modify their order.
Complaints and Dispute Resolution
The provider aims to resolve any disputes amicably. If this is not possible, the courts in the location of the company’s registered office have jurisdiction over resolving disputes.
In accordance with the Out-of-Court Consumer Dispute Resolution Act, we do not recognize any out-of-court consumer dispute resolution providers as competent for resolving consumer disputes.
