We hope you’ll be delighted with your order, but if the product does not meet your expectations, we can offer a refund or replacement on all goods returned to us within 14 working days of your receipt of goods, if you return it clean, undamaged and in the original packaging if the item had one.

To refund your purchase, please contact us with your order number at hello@insituconcept.com. On receipt of the returned goods, we will refund the purchase price. We will not refund the return costs unless the goods are faulty or have been incorrectly supplied.
